These Terms explain the rules for using Applyio, including accounts, subscriptions, user content, and AI-generated recruiting materials.

2. Description of Service

Applyio is a recruiting workflow platform that helps users organize applications, generate CVs and cover letters, prepare for interviews, and manage recruiting materials in one place.

Features may change, be improved, removed, or updated over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Applyio. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You must provide accurate account information.
  • You must keep your login credentials confidential.
  • You must not share your account with unauthorized users.
  • You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, create, or store in Applyio, including CVs, resumes, cover letters, job descriptions, application records, interview answers, and notes.

By using the platform, you grant Applyio a limited license to store, process, display, and use your content only as necessary to provide the service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Applyio may use artificial intelligence to generate CVs, cover letters, interview preparation content, and other recruiting materials.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before using it.

Applyio does not guarantee job interviews, offers, employment outcomes, application success, or recruiting results.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files.
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or areas of the platform without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operation.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit the platform without permission.
  • Use the platform to violate the rights of others.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription or plan. Subscription terms, prices, billing cycles, and available features may vary.

Payments and billing may be handled by third-party providers. By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms shown at checkout.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

9. Free Trials and Promotions

We may offer free trials, discounts, or promotional access. These offers may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Applyio will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party provider outages, or other reasons.

Applyio may rely on third-party services for authentication, billing, file storage, AI processing, analytics, infrastructure, and workflow automation.

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or platforms that we do not control.

Applyio, including its branding, design, software, interface, workflows, and platform functionality, is owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the platform without permission.

13. Privacy

Your use of Applyio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Applyio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applyio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, application outcomes, hiring outcomes, or employment-related decisions.

16. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Applyio if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the platform, or used the service in a way that may harm other users or third parties.

You may stop using the platform or request account deletion at any time.

17. Changes to the Service

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. We may also add or remove features as the product develops.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of Applyio after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Applyio is operated, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
